when a working henchmen gets even 1 RDD lv, if they leave the employ no one can take it back into their employ.

Friend BobbyBrown,
I am not sure that that is a bad thing. RDD are very powerful and *special* creatures which I think would not likely be followers of any PC, certainly not a mortal. On this basis, I'll name this a feature rather than a bug and will (unless someone can convince me it should be otherwise) not be changing this aspect of the game.

The main issue is the henchmen still have the option to take the RDD levels when they lv up, which will break them.
