Consealment bug? Empty Consealment bug?

Hey, today I logged in with my finally completely fixed character Valerion, and wanted to name some items of him and give those descriptions which did not have any yet...nothing happened.
But then I consealed three items, a staff in a robe, a dagger in a bracer *no problem so far* and then a dagger in hair....poof both daggers simply vanished, no animation, no graphics no nothing, just poof.

Both were unique self crafted daggers, one named Valerions Screams of the fallen, one was named Burning Balance.
