Stuck as a zombie.. Empty Stuck as a zombie..

I know this happens from time to time... got zombified due to wild magic and then rested, lost polymorph status but still had the zombie skin and walked incredibly slow. Was playing on Asher Goldpetal, my bard. If a DM could fix this for me it'd be much appreciated.
