Brewing potions

Unable to do this for awhile. It says to put a bottle in, I have tried butto no avail.

While I was taking the classes and after I finished I was able to.

Possible you just didn't reach the DC?

Some potions are very simple to brew and only have about 10 DC so is possible to make even if you haven't studied

Some very complex potions have DCs around 30 so Skill and Study are needed to brew them.

Most potions are around 25 DC so will some skill and a good roll you would be able to do them before finishing the course.


As for the bottle (some potions need a glass bottle to hold the liquid, others like Bandages do not) they are easily obtained but easy to make anyway (dig sand with shovel and place in smelting forge, simple fast glass bottles, there are other ways but this is fastest if college supply of bottles has run out).

The book was fixed for awhile but now the recipies do not work. I tried several pots and recipies with and without the bottle.

Nothing works Eri. It even tells me to put a bottle in for bandages when the recipies does not call for it. If I have the ingredients I have been able to brew potions with both characters in the past.

Its does not even give the failed brew potion, the potion boling does not fire.


However I can make fleas drops no problem. Could not test the silver poision cure as I do not have all the ingredients.

I am testing this with A'rys. I found a piece of paper I wrote the old recipies on. I will report if they work.

Good News!  All the old recipies work except for restoration.  So Eri if you need the list.  Restoration never worked.
