Ring of Relations???? Empty Ring of Relations????

...is there any additional information about this ring...?

i found it with other pc's before but it always vanished, but i'm wearing it with my gnome sorceress for some time now...and npc's behave strange and outright hostile...?

any suggestions, remarks, complaints about this ring????

Found it again and chatted with Erin about it.

The 'vanishing' habit it has is the same vanishing script the bag of ore in the metallurgy room has- it's tied to the area, so when the area resets, so does the item- meaning it poofs back ti respawn.

Since I started wearing it the factions seem crazy, but I'm not sure if it's connected. No ones attacked me, but guards are killing locals, inns break out into murder sprees...
