Druid spell: Reincarnate

I was wondering what this server's views on the spell [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] is. Is it integrated already as a custom spell, or is it something if I can roleplay learning and using under DM supervision? The spell essentially creates a new young adult body, not necessarily of the same race. The Caster needs lvl 4 druid spells, 'rare oils' worth 1000 g (100000MU), part of the subjects remains (The subject can not be dead for longer than a week- if they are, it takes 'True reincarnate' which is a 9th lvl druid spell) and a good source of natural elements to draw upon to create the body.

The subject recalls the majority of it's memories and retains all of it's skills, but looses one level. If the new body is of a different race, the subject looses their last race modifiers and gains the modifiers of the new one.

The subject might then live longer, as the body will take longer to die of old age, but the soul remains the same and will still leave this world at it's allotted time (Much like how a shapeshifter can take on the forms of other races, but will never outlive their souls mortal coil).

Would this be something a DM would be willing to help RP? The main thing that I'm unsure about is what 'rare oils' would be on this server.

Don't forget the level 9 True Reincarnate, which gives a choice between 2 options for a creature dead up to 10 years per caster level and doesn't need remains as well as not having the level drain effect.

Wow...that makes Conjure Golem and the normal epic spells of a wizard seem like hattricks. O.O Go Val, go worship Deeproot! But...? NOW! XD
