So.. It would seem my vampire regenerates all damage from the previous attack once the next lands...

Also Charia killed kolde's vamp with a divine blade and then whacked again for good measure but she got up and Charia killed her again. Since she was slin she should of gone to wherever vamps go when killed and not be revived when I hit her again. Actually it was my character's ai who di the extra whack.

MANY thanks for this bug report. Looks like the lycanthrope style regen is running on that vamp. There are other strange things there too. We'll review this asap. KUDOS.
