Deed Recorder Script Empty Deed Recorder Script

I think when tweaking was being done on the innkeeper scripts it affected the Deed Recorder.

When you talk to the innkeepers you get the Beasty beasty message on server side but you did not when talking to the recorder of deeds. Now you do.

It's there while sorting out the AIs.

Yes. Sorry for not being clearer. I can test with another character and see what options are offered when trying to lease an apartment.

Ok I verified with my winged elf. The deed recorder has the inn script as he will only allow you an apartment for one night. It was my understanding you could lease an apartment from one month to six months at least if not to a year max. It makes sense to lease an inn room on a night to night basis but not an apartment.
