Rangers tracking

I was thinking that it would be cool if rangers could "tag" another person, animal or monster (PC or NPC) who would be tracked by the wilderness sense. Currently it is really hard to actually do something with the tracks you spot. At least to my knowledge. It could either give you a true sight of them, or it could give you like a partial scrying ability as long as they are in foresty or wild areas. It would also be fun if you could tag someone via their footprints.

Our present tracking system includes the ability to track individuals, even scent track.
