I would like to know if i can have permission to play a Minotaur... as well as maybe have a place(like a personal cave) to sleep in and to use as his home.

I don't see why not, we have an ogre player floating around somewhere. I'd like to know more of your concept before you start playing though, background and plans and all that. If you want to PM me this information I'll make it available for only the DMs to see.
I can show you a couple caves that are out of the way, but close, to choose from. You might have to earn your personal one Very Happy don't worry though, its rare but not impossible, I know of at least one player who has one.
