x-fire and its uses

Post  DM Drachen on Sat Jun 11, 2011 6:20 am

Does anybody have X-Fire here? If so feel free to add my name to yours (dragon798).

If you don't have it, but want to I suggest getting it as soon as you can, at XFire.

With X-fire you can do many things, The first reason that it is amazing is you can add fellow RPers and schedule times! Not only would this be great for DMs, but also for PLAYERS!

Also Useful:

Screenshot usage (Great for DM and PLAYER to take screenshots while having events!)
VIDEO usage (Great for Dm and PLAYER to take video whilew an event is going on!)
BROWSER (Great for DMs and PLAYERS to look up mechanical and IC info IN GAME.. rememebr we are not a FR server thoguh so now forgotten relams wiki!)
You can host files on there (Overrides for your fellow RPers, colored icons, etc.)
And MUCH MORE!

Yes it is nice tracks your statics and enables in chat in game.

However for my screens I use irfran view as you can edit them and it stores them in a file without prompting you.
Good for taking in game vids though.

here is a link to my website. The majority of the shots taken by irfranview.

May I ask what 'WOC' stands for? Is it a server, or module?

I use it to keep an eye on, and join, the server from my desktop. Handy little tool I've been using for years.
I think you can find me as Ragdoll_Knight
