Psionics Idea

My idea is maybe you guys could somehow include psionics in this world. I personally have wanted to try psionics, and I have a couple really cool character concepts that would require it. One way that you could add in psionics is to add the PrC haks, but that would be more trouble that it's worth (Plus I think I read somewhere you only wanted to use the CEP). If you don't like the idea, that's fine. I just want to hear some opinions.

While I'd avoid the PrC - (unless I'm mistaking the acronym) I'm not fond of the code there overmuch, but, that said, it has been part of the plan to bring psionics into the game/module eventually. I don't want to give away too much detail of the how we'll introduce them, but Erin and I have had a number of conversations regarding psionics and both she and I think it can be done very smartly. So we'll be coding our own systems.

What would YOU like to see in a (from scratch) psionics system?

Heres a small idea I can contribute. Maybe it could be possobile for a DM to preset some things a NPC is thinking into a NPC through the wand of misc, and then a psionic character could read what their thinking, vs a will save? Something like that?

I'd like to see a system that implemented psionics not as a class system, but rather as a effect of certain things. For instance, you research expanding your mental abilities through magic, and end up becoming a psion. (With the powers that comes with). I'd also like to make sure that people don't abuse this power (For example, using it to justify metagaming). One more thing, please include the different "Schools" of psionics. I would really like a Nomad (Psychoportation-type psion)
