Warlocks

I would really like to see warlocks as a subclass. Thats my main suggestion, but this is what I've seen another server done for them.

The used the main class of it to be bard. Except, they took the feat bard song away. From there, the warlock gets a staff in which all their power comes from. They shoot a ray of frost spell (except it changes color and damage types and amounts according to what warlock they are). The damage for it I saw was the same amount of a rogue sneak attack. 1d6/X levels. They also got differant spells on the staff according to what warlock type they were, at differant levels (for example dispalcement at level 6).

Oath Breaker has its own subclass?

Or dose D&D use the 'Bewitched' definition?

Does this supernatural bloodline stuff kind of overlap the tiefling then?

In a way, most warlocks are though to have fiendish blood or fey blood in their ancestory, which is where they derive there power, much like a sorcerer and draconic blood...

This sounds a lot like how i already rp.

also i have seen the system he is talking about. it works very well however i would suggest using a wiget rather than a staff as its supposed to be a power and not an item; and a staff would not allow for weaponry.

think he might of been talking about the NWN2 warlock class? lot of mixed views on what I heard a while back, mostly about being overpowered on that version of the game....

My example above is what they do on Arelith. NWN 2 is bleh!
