i was just wondering about whether certain types of items are available i-g on a-r. specifically strength belts and/or other higher-powered strength augmenters [i've seen lesser gauntlets]. are these in-game ? if so, is there a cap on the bonus ?

is there any kind of a cap on augmenters in general ?

They are. They float around, and are occasionally given my DMs for rewards. We usually make ares with our super ancient chinese secret, to make custom belts to fit the player levels. (At least I do.)
