The door to the ogre tower in Illfaw Fen is locked on the inside, and there's no way to get out(if the door closes) even if you manage to kill every ogre in there.

Yep I experienced the same and reported via the spider. However if you are a mage and have any of the portal spells you can. You cannot even damage the door.
