And Gerner would be the leader. The Treasure Hunters guild would be a group of hunters that on thier own time would go out and find magic items to sell. The hunters also work as a kind of merc for those novice hunters who dont want to go into a cavern or dont wana go solo.
-Guild Master: The name says it all
-Elite Member: These would be the top a member can get without being tuned into a leader
-Advanced Member: The great hunters end up here. Receaving more time to travel for items and better missions
-Average Member: These are the normals, not the elite. Not the best but not exactly the worst. They get semigood free time and a little tougher missions
-Lesser Member: This is for those who are with us and completed enough missions.
-Rookie/trainee: These are the fresh suckers. The Lowest rank possible in the hunters guild. They get the easyer missions.
-Advancement Missions: These are always the hardest rank mission. Requires DM presant to run and higher rank member

GUILD JOURNAL - USE this to interact with your GUILD via dialogs. IT ALSO REVEALS REQUIREMENTS TO CREATE/JOIN GUILD.
You should seek to ensure your PC is eligable/able to create a Guild when you have achieved the appropriate level, and save your coin for that day. Also, feel free to look around the city for an appropriate site for your Guild to use, UNREAL ESTATE (sparklie OBJECTS) in buildings indicate what is available for PC use. Let me know what you might like in the area of Unreal Estate Make a couple choices and we'll discuss the pros and cons of each site - then settle on the best available. Keep me posted.

Alright, here it is a bit of insider information.
The CORE MODULE (including the City of Dohral and Tivook Province) are designed to be enhanced by the presence of a number of GUILDS and CLASSES working in concert.
The City of Dohral itself contains a currently VACANT MONASTERY which is in need of a group of MONK PCs to inhabit and control the property. IF YOU LIKE MONKS, this is THE place for you.
