hi everyone my drow has lightened skin now and her hair is turning black for some reason? anything i can do to fix it or do i need to remake?

Don't worry, it's very easy to fix. Ask them to make an item with onuse unlimited for skin and hair color in case this happens again. At least, that's what I'd do.
