The strange woman in Tivook

Reports finally arrive to the law enforcement of Tivook, Dohral, and Humfoo. A mysterious cloaked woman has been slaughtering animals, monsters, and even some people. Each corpse is found opened up as one would find a specimen on a lab table. Guards have been circulated a innacurate description as no one has clearly seen her face.

The only clear incident was reported within tivook, a woman was found standing over a slain goblin, poking at its dissected corpse. Then reported a injured bear cub wandered, she carelessly killed it and proceeded to do the same. Afterwards after confusing events preceeded she began attacking individuals, almost seeming inhuman as she fought, lured away by an individual she soon returned but fell into a hole and was reported to escape, she is still at large.

After the bear she proceeded to focus on Ne once he entered the scene, seeming obsessed with him she proceeded to attempt to close in on him, when the others interfered is when she attacked, Lia, once she shifted, drew her interest as well.

*the morning would give a sight to behold, all across the tivook area lie slain goblins, opened up and dissected, obviously the work of the mysterious woman seen nearby, as well as slain guards cleaved in half. It is quite clear there is a pattern to her movements, heading from humfoo to dohral and vice versa, passing through tivook each time, there has been talk among the search parties about forming some sort of trap, however witnesses grow increasingly in fear seeing what she is capable of, now recently seeing she is capable of some magic, they tremble in fear with the slight comfort that anyone who is human, elf, dwarf, or any other of the usual sentient races she doesnt seem to target, the strange and unusal however are forced to flee in terror should they catch her eye. Charia and Ne both went into combat with her, managing to drive her off, but not without significant harm to themselves, she is obviously not human, at least not anymore. Who is this woman? What does she want, and can she be stopped?*
