Druid elemental shape not working for me

It did before, but recently, when I cast the spell, (which is counts as, unlike a shapeshifters ability to morph without magic) nothing happens. I don't polymorph, but neither do I get any messages suggesting the spell has failed or why. Has there been a script implemented that restricts the elemental forms?

My druid also has this problem. We even dropped him back to 1 and releveled and had the same problem. We also leveled Lia up to a point where she had the feat, and hers worked. (She lost those levels after)

It donst work for either of my Druids too, And yeah- just nothing happens after you "cast" teh spell
