Unusual Activity: Dohral

Saber pulls the man closer and seals his airways with his hands, attempting to suffocate him. (Reflex 6+8=14) The man manages to get his hands under Sabers arms, (Strength19+4=23 vs 5+2=7) but Saber is too strong for him to escape.

Toman gets on top of the man and (Attack15+21=36 vs 18 hit 4+3+1=8 damage) catches him square in the chin with a vicious left hook.

Toman attempts to keep punching. Preferably until the man is knocked out. Or at least has a broken nose. It's been a bad night.

saber hears the punching and sighs, but holds the man fast
"Just stop struggling and things can end"

Saber:
The man begins to sag in your arms, his eyes flutter shut as he passes out.

Toman:
Dazed by the blow, the man in helpless as you beat him down.
Attack 2 (4+3+1=8]
Attack 3 (3+3+1=7)
Attack 4 (3+3+1=7)

You stop when you hear bones start to crack, the man unconscious from the rapid blows to the head.

Saber sighs at last and lets the man go, looking over to toman.
"your were ment to capture him, not almost kill him! oh well... lets just get to searching them now then."
And with that saber begins to search the man, disarming and throwing all dangerous objects away from him.

As you reach down grab the man, he grabs your outstretched arm and pulls you down, using your momentum to pull himself to his feet.

He stops to smack you in the head with a club, before dropping it and running off before Toman can start to chase.

From where he's straddling the unconcious man, fists bloody, Toman pants under his helm and gestures to the man running off.

"Yeah, but at least my one ain't gonna start runnin' any time soon. Ye can use magic, get this man all pretty and shiny again, then we can ask questions. Or ye could chase down yer one and hug his neck again."

Toman's cloak twitches with tension, and he gets off the man and gives him a sharp kick to the side. He searches through his pack for rope, before glancing at Saber, "Ye gonna chase him down, or help me with this one?"

He looks at tom,, then where the man ran, sniffing the air
"I have his scent, Beside your right, I CAN heal that man easilly, shall we get started here, or take this somewhere else?"

Saber looked around, then at Tom
"how much did you hit him, thats alot of damn blood"

"As much as I needed to." Toman starts binding the man's hands to his feet, so the man would be forced to maintain a kneeling position upon gaining consciousness.

"Well, help me get him some where less open. Ye also might want to patch him up before he bleeds out. We can search and question him once we're off the streets. There should be a few empty buildings around."

Saber picks the man up and starts walking to an nearby alley when Toman is don binding him
"Do you want me to heal them all, some of them, or just bandage them up?...I mean I could salt in his wound them make them heal over?...I just want all the information we can get out of him.but how we do this, that's up to you."
He sighed, so much for getting to justice in time for the milk that they put out for the cats...

"Salt? That's a bit much. We're not torturing him, for bloody sake. If that stuff is used to preserve meat, sticking a bunch of it under a man's skin will cause serious pain. Heal the head wounds- We need him conscious. If he doesn't feel like answering, then I'll punch him. Again. A few times. How much can you heal with magic?"

Toman looks around Mid Bolovin, and frowns under his helm, "His friend might find more friends. Let's get inside one of these buildings- The bloodsport Tavern has been shut for a while. Once- and just this once, I'm actually going to tell ye to pick a lock- if ye even need to. Ain't anything in there to rob I imagine."

"Well if you way so.... Just you just tell me to break the la-nevermind, where, which way and which door?"Saber look back at tom, He was his friend but what was he pushing him too?....

Saber breaks a pick on the first try, but gets the door open on the second go. The two head inside, dragging the captured man behind them. He's covered in blood still, but his skull has reformed and the he appears relatively unharmed.

The tavern is completely empty of people. Furniture and other items pushed out of the way to allow for construction to progress unhindered. After a quick look, Toman finds a few candles behind the bar and lights one and sets it on a nearby table.

"How's ye head by the way? Saw ye get hit by that club. Odd he bothered to stop and hit ye- anything personal?"

Toman sets the candles up so they'll give the some light to work by, but as little as possible reaches the windows. He glances at the captured man, tuts at the blood. He... may have lost his temper. He never used to rely on magic, but knowing that you could bring a man back from death tended to make people a little less cautious with causing harm.

He glances at Saber again, scanning him over to try and judge the man's well being for himself. They were up against people who knew how to take down lycanthropes- transutation resistant paint, poisoned arrows, catnapper wands- Toman wasn't about to dismiss the club hit as insignificant. Last thing he needed was some sort of 'catnip club', making Saber kooky.

Toman hated it when Saber was on 'nip. He got all hyper and had no concept of personal space.

"Ye stay here for a moment- get yeself and him patched up. I need te go check somethin'." Toman throws a few aid kits towards Saber- a few bandages and weak healing potions, before heading back out.

He rubs his head at that but shrugs and mumbles glance at the man, then getting up and walking over to stand beside Toman
"where do you think your going?...I'm getting worried if you must go be careful..and whatever your doing make it quick I dont really want to be stuck whit this man, you did disarm him,Right?....I swear people in this city must hate cats...."

Outside:

Toman walks the small distance away to where they were attacked, and bends down to inspect the club. It appears to be made from simple wood, save for the handle and the top which have some odd kind of purple stone worked into it to form small (6 millimeters long) spikes on both parts. The top section appears to be cloudy and brighter than the bottom, which is almost see through although darker.


Inside:

Saber turns to confront the man, who seems to be waking up.  He blinks his eyes a few times to clear the blue, then they widen as he realizes who is standing in front of him. He immediately tests his bonds, and when that fails he looks up at your eyes and squints.

"Kev, issat you in there?"
He then spits a bit of blood on the floor, along with a tooth.

Saber steps into teh shadows and observes the man, appearing behind him an casing Cure: Light Wounds before stepping back into the shadows and hiding again.

"Yeah, that doesn't look right..."

Unfortunately Toman knew next to nothing about magic. He could recognise a few enchantments fro previous experience, but he'd never seen anything like this before. With a frown the watchman turns to head back to the tavern. If Saber couldn't identify the club, Toman was going to find someone who could. He trusted... well, no, he didn't trust Saber to question the man, not really, but Toman was willing to let Saber question him while he took a carpet to Pel's.

The man is on the floor looking around when Toman enters.
"Oi. You there. Your pal just left. Help me out here?"
He wiggles his hands.

Toman frowns under his visor, looking around the room. Sure enough, Saber wasn't in sight. Where the hell had he gone?

"Sure- if ye'd be so kind enough to answer a few questions- to start off with" Toman walks to the man and swings the club, stopping just short of hitting the man, although the club presses into the man's cheek, "What's this?"

He laughs after looking at the club.
"Oh Kev, I don't know if you did this on purpose or just because your incompetent, but thank you! "
He leans back, then slams his head forward into the club.

There is a brief moment of disorientation and nausea, but when it clears your hands are bound and your sitting uncomfortably. You can see your own face grinning down at you.

"Thanks mate. 'Preciate it."

He takes off for the door, in your body, club in hand. Your head hurts quite a bit at this point.

For a moment all Toman can do is stare in horror, confusion and rage. He wants to throw up. He wants a drink. He wants to punch someone in the face. But he's looking at his own face.

What?

Toman tries to stand up, only to feel himself topple onto the side as his limbs react loosely and are tied together.

What?

He sees himself run away- out the door. They voice coming from his mouth in furious growls isn't his.

WHAT?


"GET BACK HERE YE BLOODY BASTARD!"

Toman struggles furiously, ignoring the chaffing of his hands (NOT his hands) and the nauseau building in his stomach as all he wants to do is chase himself down and beat the bastard out of his skin.

Saber who was hiding, standing at the door, reaveals himself, whip in hand and claws out, And fully selled(stoneskin, premonition, protection from spells)
"sorry pal you not my friend, and you NOT talking his body, if i have to hurt it i will and trust me, you wont hit me with hat thing, i've already called my animal companion and have warder myself, you can back down now, or must I flay my friends body?...

He changes he stance, ready to hit, yet ready to dodge, his animal "fang" the panther was on the way, he'd have to watch that club though, And how much he hurt the body, be wasn't holding back, First of, disarm him. then deal with the shit, hopefully the vines covering the door would hold, they we're that strong thought..

Toman hadn't given up stuggling- so what if the rope cut and chaffed? So what if he was bleeding? Part of him was doing it to spite the bastard who stole his body.

Relief flooded through him when Saber revealed himself to have been their the whole time- at least he wouldn't have to go through the torture of convincing Saber who he was. Still... Saber was going to shred his body.

"The club! Saber- He needs to use the club on me, or me on him! And for bloody sake- DON'T BITE ME- him- My body!"

The man stops short at the door, sliding to a halt. He looks around frantically for options.

He flings the club at Saber, who dodges expertly, and dives out the window.
