Forgery - Prisoner Release Order

Rogues should be able to produce a fake one, most have seen them issued, not usually for themselves but, more likely, you know, the sort with political clout.

Anyone else care to suggest other documents that our rogues should be able to fake?

Identity, and other documents that would allow one free travel in ships maybe? (Not unlimited uses of course.)

Also, with the right knowledge, even royal papers could be forged, giving the rogue has seen the king's handwriting or else...

The forgery should have some rolls involved also, like bluff and lore? Lore for the PC's lore on documents and such.
