PLAYING TIMES

Some staff already know this but I thought I would put it out so others would. Some things have been on my mind so I felt best out in the open.

I have a full time job m-f and a husband. Earliest during the week I can get in game is 5:30pm Seattle USA. Usually my playtime block is 5:30pm- 8pm Seattle USA then a quick break and approximately 8:30pm-10:30pm. Fridays I can stay up later usually until 12pm Seattle USA.

Weekends a bit tricker, With at least one to two days advanced notice I usually can do weekend mornings 10am-12pm Seattle USA times.

I can maybe extend it to 2pm again with advanced notice. Weekend eveninga a bit tricky however agian with at leats a days notice I can usually accomodate.

It has been frustrating coming on and noone is one or coming on and finding out second hand Oh Hey this happened and the information occurred from an event or several small events where your character is a player in the plot but is not because they could not actually because they were not on.

Some staff have tried but it seems rl comes up and bam cancelled. Rl always important.

PWs evlove and things change and it seems Dorhal has become more Euro non- USA times(especially westcoast).

My life schedule is what it is.

10am seattle is about 6pm europe
5:30p is 1:30am Euro so mainly my week day times would be for US/canada based
My weekend time more suited for euro

These tables work of standard time, so might not be completely true when different people have different daylight saving times.
On that note, these tables use 'standard times' for peeps in the northern hemisphere and 'daylight saving times' for peeps in the southern hemisphere. What does this mean? It means that these tables will be correct around March TO November times, but November TO March will be off by one-two hour as the northern hemisphere enters daylight saving and the southern hemisphere leaves daylight saving.
Also, I may have made errors, so there's that.

This table will give a rough idea of who can play at what times. As people's schedules are open to change, these times are not guaranteed, but should be a good guess of when people are available.

I have Thursday and Friday off from work, which increases my chances of dropping in, since I'm home alone until 3pm mdt. I'm either playing nwn or something else (seriously, how great is Shar)
sat - wed I work until 2pm, after commuting I tend to be home between 230pm and 250pm. I go to bed between 6 and 9, most days. So my schedule would look like

Sat - wed 3pm - 6pm
Thurs / Fri 7am - 6pm

Could you elaborate on what 'mdt' is? I got Mountain Daylight time when checking and was told 'we're not using that right now'. So. uh. Timezone? Idaho 'Boise' Work? (UTC -7)

Mountain Daylight is UTC -6 . Mountain Standard is UTC -7. Are you standard or are you daylight? *Flail*

Boise is spot on, since I'm about 20 minutes away from there

Elgate you have me am for play times during the week in military time I would be from 17:30- 20:00 and 20:00 - 2230

Weekends I would be 10am- 12pm or 10am to 1400. Weekend evenings vary but more than likely not until 17:00 maybe earlier

Monday 5:30 pm (17:30) would be Tuesday 1:30 am (01:30). I haven't included the half hour, so I just rounded that up to 2 am. So I have made a mistake- I've messed up the days. But the times are correct.


I've added in a PST Table for ya. Hope those times are right.

Omg a pst table. So much easier on my brain. Also, you have my hours in there for Saturday but not for Sunday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday.

I have yet no idea how to look on those things -_-

But, oh well, my time zone usually allows me to play with everyone else, as it is right in the middle. Go Brazil! XD

Take a peek at the time zone map- find a red dot (city) closest to where you live and hover over it. It will give a time and some blue letters, either: BRST or UYST I think. Teel me which one, and when you can play in your time, and I'll work it out and add it to the table.

That's my time zone, and about my play times. I can do from 13:00 to 17:00 all days during the week, even 20:00 to 22:00. And 'till late night on weekends.

I study and use my computer a lot, so it isn't hard for me to jump from doing chores to playing and vice-versa.

My weekend times are 10am-1400. Good job elgate.

Mon to Thurs i'm usually on at about. 6/8-8/10 PM
Fridays, can vary, usually on 6-8 Pm-ish
Saturdays and Sundays vary, but i'm usually free from bout. 10 PM to midnight.
