Reports arrive from the Eastern Citadel of several hundred up to almost two thousand men from an approximately six thousand are searching the surrounding areas for bandit groups, with orders of mercilessly killing them and leaving nothing but bloody pieces, sometimes even still but barely living, yet gruesomly mutilated corpses unless they surrender to the troops and lay down their arms, awaiting judgement by the triumvirates, a judgement by three generals.

Most of the troops consist of mercenaries but also a few specialised units who wear additional insignia aside the purple sash and the silver brooch showing a hourglass surrounded by a circle with four skulls.
