Death on command

I know this has been suggested a few times, and that we have the carrot of DOOOOOM, but it would be useful in certain situations to have a chat command to kill the PC on utterance, for situations like petrification.


If petrified, you can't respawn and you can't use items. You have to wait for help. It would be useful to have a command that can be spoken while petrified that will kill the PC, thus allowing respawn. This command would also be useful in other situations where the player has no items to escape a broken transition, or if they get stuck.

Yes there is scripting in place and I have seen it elsewhere. People who used it will still have to suffer the penalties for returning as if they died during and actual encounter like xp and gold loss.
