UPGRADE EFFORT : Spirit Guide of Dohral

Friends,

As many of you are aware, the Spirit Guide (Ghost Guide) of Dohral is an NPC that is very interactive, allowing you to 'chat' with it to discover the location of things you may seek in the city of Dohral. The language used is limited but can be expanded. I'm sure some of you have found the Ghost Guide unresponsive or unhelpful when you ask for certain things... my question to you is this:

What questions have you used with the Ghost Guide that left it stumped or unhelpful?

Post them here and I'll get busy enhancing the language used by the Ghost Guide as soon as I have enough input.

I was testing it myself some today and found it did not recognize many plural words that it does recognize as singular forms such as ring/rings.

It did not recognize the names of gems.
