spawn problems Empty spawn problems

so i was wondering the maps and oda joined me and was telling me about how this area is supose to be a civil war with kobalds but no kobalds where spawning.

the other are is in urzhnark thurh'h -northern wilds when i use the tab to lighten things up i could see there were wolf pups but unless i tab to see you could not see the wolf pups or click on them
