All my current characters are ... inconceivably messed up , due to what ever glitch, update, steam mishap ... I no longer care what caused it, just it has royally screwed me over with my favorite ones.

I'm gonna try making another, see if it was something pre-me validating files , or if issue still continues.

No go, new characters the exact same.

I've completely uninstalled NWN and re-downloading ... hope this fixes the issues , if not ... I don't know what else to do.

Borked = "fudged", or some more colorful language , hahaha ...

Messed up, can't do anything with them really.

I forgot to update my "findings here" ...

Back when I got NWN:EE , I grabbed PRC whatever version, that was on the workshop, just to look at it.
I removed ( as in unsubscribed) , never an issue...

Until I kept seeing that "update" and it would , umm Bork my characters, the empty skill menu, hundred of points in skills I didn't have, and no leveling.

It turned out, not ALL the PRC files from the workshop were deleted, and it was "auto-updating" via STEAM. I had to physically remove the files, fixed everything.
