_NOT_ CLOSING THE SERVER(S) - thanks to our DONORS

It finally happened. I have long promised that on the month when the server fee became due and the money was not 'in the coffer' from donations, I would cover the difference and deem it the end. The 18th of the month is our due date for server fees, and the coffers currently (February 19th) hold $3.35. We have exhausted our funding and must announce the impending closure of our Argentum Regio : Neverwinter Nights and Neverwinter Nights : Enhanced Edition servers.

As previously promised, should the funds be unavailable, I (GM_ODA) have made up the difference in the $58 monthly server fee, and this will be the final month of operation for our server.

It has been fun. It has been a learning experience. I am grateful to have met you all, and wish you all the best in the future.

If anyone is interested in 'saving our server' please open a private dialog with me on the topic.

If you would like to get copies of your characters, login within the next 29 days and do so, otherwise, it will all be 'gone forever'. I will try to be available to chat throughout the month via the NWN server, the NWN:EE server and the forum.

We are, as always, examining every possible solution. This is taking a bit more time than we had hoped and so we are not yet ready to issue a statement regarding the update previously mentioned. We are working through this as fast as we are able, please stand by.

Many thanks to the good people who support our server (and for all the forum members - please do feel free to thank our donors in this thread too).

We have received sufficient donations to keep the server open for a time, and both Eriniel and I will continue working to enhance the server and improve your gaming experience so long as the server stays open.
