Celestials- A land for them

I wasx wodnering if we could really fit celestials somwhere in this world? I mean everyone has a home right? Maybe 'over the rainbow' ?

Celestials don't really live in clouds do they? Don't they live in more of a hmm, other dimension in the dnd multiverse? o.o

Well by celestials im really talking more of Angels.

Even so.. Angels dont live in clouds. Heaven is more of an abstract other world in christian mythology, noone ever thought that god actually sat on a cloud, watching people. So making a cloud-world would be pretty dumb... You could make like a planar gate somewhere high up on a mountain with a huge temple surrounding it and clouds hovering up there, hiding the angels' home. But if you literally make them walk around on clouds its gonna be silly. o.o' Clouds don't have the physical mass to carry dwellings or angels... They are actually condensed water or something weird like that...

I suppose there could be like a floating magical island high up in the sky surrounded by mist though...

Or steampunk island. A completely new take on angelicness. Angels with golem servants... Maybe not even true celestials but more of a race of beings with wings and technologically advanced. Maybe a gnome scientist made the island but then died and the angels flew up there and settled...

Anything but a fluffy cloud city... xD

I was thinking more of the floating magical island thing and the planar gate together not freaking carebear city unless you want the server attacked by 7 year olds?

Hey, don't hate! carebears was a good show when I was like...2. Seriously though, I'd say a planar gate more likely. Maybe 'Angels' could just be a exiled group of Celestials as well, which would mean a magically concealed island or somesuch wouldn't be -too- out of line.
