Charcoal on Skin Empty Charcoal on Skin

I am unable to rid my self of the charcoal I got on my skin. I have bathed several times with the bath sponge and even had the prtiest cast restore but nothing.

Baths were broken, they are fixed now,

Charcoal is removed by -

- Bathing in the baths in Dohral (remember to take off clothing)

or

- Get near or enter a river/stream or lake and use the Bathing Sponge when outside the city. (again, pointless to bath while dressed)

Didn't work I tried that. However now with the Bathes fixed I stepped in the bath and instant clean. Maybe the broken baths affected the streams.
