Race request for new character creation

I would like to request to build a PC with race template of Troll. I will dump enough points into Intel.
even with penalty to bring it to a score of ten. The concept behind this is a mad wizards experiment with
creature creation to build the perfect warrior/guards by making a unit of soldier trolls. He would have added dragon
DNA to the troll, not enough to give half-dragon template but enough to provide sentience and make him PC worth.
The side effect of the dragon DNA would have been an inclination to natural arcane magic (I will make him a
sorcerer.) Hence the reason the mad wizard scrapped the project and only made the one. The only reason the
mad wizard did not kill him outright is another result of the experiment is that having sentience and being
raised by a human mage not others of his kind, he is neither evil nor chaotic. He can speak, read, and write
human (if we can work that in due to the character concept) and is well read. He would have been kept a secret
in the mad mages tower, not as a captive but well kept and for his own safety. He would know nothing of people's
hatred towards monstrous beings since kept in seclusion. Where the story gets interesting is that through a tragedy
the mage is killed by a rival (or perhaps townsfolk, pitchfork type thing) leaving the troll PC forced to leave
the tower in hunger wandering the lands as a smart and non-harm itending monster to travel the lands alone.
So this would be a DnD flip on the classic story of Frakenstein where the mad scientist is a mad wizard and
Frakenstien is an intelligent troll. I fully understand all towns people would be hostile to me and I would not
be allowed in town in natural form , without some sort of townsfolk acceptable polymorph, and that this will
make character prgression, that much more difficult due to inability to craft in town (at least in current troll form)
or find things like books in town, but I truely belive this allows for a unique roll-play experience for me and this
server. I do feel it will add to the enjoyment of all since this will provide valuable RP not just senseless
attacking (as has been the case with some other unique races) since my creation will not be of evil alignment.

If you can, can you send a tell to me regarding this. I wish to know both your backstory and whether or not you have correct knowledge on the subrace. Any other details I should know would also be greatly appreciated.

I am really open to anything on this. the above paragraph gives general story, but I'll let the DM and Administrator's spin his story so it fits in with this world and the general plots you want. Just let me know more finer details so I can incorporate that into the story. This is a tale we can all be a part of telling.
