Rage-quitting.

Post  Shar on Mon Feb 11, 2013 9:06 am

Something that i have seen happen recently with a few players is the act of rage-quitting.

Now, Rage-quitting is the act of getting really angry or stressed during or because of rp and logging because of it. This is not looked well upon, however if you need to cool down and back off that is understandable. Just please be considerate to others in doing so; perhaps leaving the event or at least the local aria before doing so.

This server has a very understanding and relaxed stature in general as far as players and staff go. We come here to RP seriously and that's a good thing; however we all need to remember that this is still a game and that there are other people behind that "magic mirror" we are staring into.

Please be considerate of others.

Friends,
Storming off in a huff is really immature. THIS IS A GAME PEOPLE. As such, not everything will go exactly as you may wish it - THERE ARE OTHER PLAYERS HERE TOO, the sim-universe does NOT rotate around your PC. Precipitous exits in a huff are akin to knocking over the game-board so everyone else knows you are upset. Grow up or get out.

Be considerate of others. RP your exit if you MUST depart - OTHERWISE OUR DMS WILL OPTIONALLY BE ABLE TO PENALIZE YOUR PC's EXPERIENCE POINTS UPON THE PCs RETURN.

Be well. Game on.
