This ioun stone doesn't seem to do anything except generate a shield visual effect.

Several npcs stole some things from me last night, and upon death (bloody thieves deserve no better) did not yield the stolen items. The fellows in question were wine fellows below Justice, and some ruffians a bit further down.

Several npc factions randomly grew hostile to me in the Hall of the gods, while I was in storage. Several storage invisible npcs were created and they were also hostile.

( The above incidents happened on different days, and likely are not related. )

Summoning a golem then logging out will result in the summoned golem murdering you when you log back in.

Said vials don't appear to be available anywhere, and I can't remember how to craft them. .

Going through an open window completely debuffs you. Actually, interacting with a window at all seems to completely debuff you. Same with scrying.

Shak tolun drop container is bugged. Spawns 3x spike traps on every open.

Used 'boat' placeable in Brandolay, was submerged with no way to escape. Thank goodness for blink.

Was sitting in an area shape changed, and a server save happened, it gave me a message saying my character was not saved and then I was un-polymorphed and my amulet was removed from my inventory. Also, a black bird appeared next to me.

While scrying, if you detect a secret door, your (invisible clone) character still says the voiceset dialogue for the discovery.

It appears my item bank has been erased.

The -dispel custom spell does not work.

Ioun stone that apparently dose nothing but a shield vfx is probably the ioun stone for air.

Two piles of Sand in the Smelting forge makes Empty Bottles, this will refill the poison tap if the tap is used on the empty bottle.

It seems that no feedback is given when an item is too powerful to receive an enchantment, any chance of some notification?

Well for the most part all do. The amulet you had did not so it may be that item only affected.  I always get messages if at max.

Yes, generally it gives a message indicating what properties are going 'over the top'. But for a hopped up amulet of health, no such luck.

My characters skin and hair are permanently blackened, bathing, cleaning, dying, disjunctioning: Nothing restores the proper skin/hair colours.

Did you bathe in the stream or bathhouse? Some of the pools there not working. When did you first notice the skin change?

I've tried bathing in numerous baths and streams, no luck.

Bathing has always been a little buggy outside of the one bathhouse, but to my knowledge there is only one actual bathhouse in Mid-Chonda and you need to have it say you are naked in the your battle statbox to get any effect.  Have you bathed at the bathhouse?

Yep, naked was boldy displayed and I was unequipped. No luck in the three baths I tried.

Book of the Smith I does nothing. I've used other skillbooks succesfully, this one does not add to any of the crafting skills. I don't think the other smith books work either.

Also: when using a poison tap a fresh-bought one has no actual charges (despite technically having 2). No matter how many vials you use, it increases the nwn charges but not the variable needed for actually extracting fluids. Only one charge is useable after adding more (even if you add, say 10) and then it gives the message that more vials are needed once again.
