Lost Sword Empty Lost Sword

Ok I was traveling in feyview on land yet it said it was water. I ogt this message:

I reported this in game with the bug and also transition bug. The blade has lost its eternal flame. I went to the college and put the blade in both the anvil and the crafting stump and they said almost new and will not be repaired. I tired the enchanting table to try and put the fire back but it said I could not as it was too highly enchanted. Not only does the armorer say the same thing but did not return the blade.

Lost Sword Empty Enchanted weapons

I bought a keen fire enchanted rapier. I was told it gets wet or dispeled its ruined. So does that mean the weapon needs to say be in a bag of holding?

Now as a mage the missing fire enchantment is well no big deal.

Can we have some clarification on this.

I know that Wulfs flame blade as well went out today.

My flame weapon has always been in a bag of holding. I have gone to the baths and actually swam in game. This happened in an area which was not water. If this is normal then it should be able to have that porperty restored by either the player or the armorer. There was more to that sword than just flame.

Friends,
Any FLAMING item taken into the water while equipped is extinguished. Any electric-damaging item handled in the same way does the same AND shocks the wielder.

Friends,
The 'water trigger' surrounds any body of water by a small amount, this is what enables/disables the swimming options (and drowning) ... I will see if the commands to 'zap the weapon' can be made to fire AFTER the swim command (if weapon in hand)... but there is no surety this can be made to happen and if so, this is how it must be. We shall see.

Charia was on land and all during that walk it said she was in water and she was not. The transition bug I reported in game should give Eri the area. Aside from the fact the flame etc, goes out it should be allowed to be put back on the weapon becasue despite what the anvils, stumps and armorer says the weapon is damaged. Plus this weapon was not made in the class it is an enchanted elven blade. The blade was not in my hand while I was walking. I did not take it out until I was on the road to Tivook crossing.

I still have not gotten it back from the armorer I will try again sometime today.

I will check logs and try to review the location - the event to nix fire/electric is on the on enter trigger for the water so this overlaps dry land a bit.

There is a bit of maths missing from the equip items, fixing this tomorrow (dare not touch tonight). - The actual equipping while inside the Water trigger is what is causing it.

Basically its treating you putting your toes into the water as it being upto chest height... which is bug, but will fix that by adding Z offset maths... My bad, did this with the head forgot to update the equipping test.

Armorer will not repair deflamed/shorted item, the enchanting table with the appropriate Quartz or Alchemist's flask will fix.

Nope it does not. It says weapon to many enchantments. It was not a player crafted item.

Here are the propeties of the lost sword. Immunity level drain I do not need as I have on another item.

ummm i think thats beside the point lol, the issue is unless you actually went deep enough into the water then the property should have been untouched.

Lost Sword Empty My 2 cents

Liquid Mercury has been used in other servers to increase the crit factor as the mercury will flow with the force of the blow down the inside of the blade.
Example: long sword crit range x4.

Not sure about the fire thingy.

I was not in any water and blade was in a bag of holding not out. I just crossed a stream water barely over my ankles then when directly on land

Hence animayhem my point, the blade should not have been touched in that situation, the issue is the script, which we can now see, i have no clue on the mercury thing and i don't know if its a prinny c item or not.
