Has cherol been fully implemented into the game yet? I know a char who is wanting to ICly go on a quest to find the shrine, but has mentioned that none of the divine spells appear to be working from what they set in the Altar in the starting area.

I believe Cherol is coded but there may be an error on the data associated with the altar, I will review that asap.
