So Nesaera just found a bug by dying and ending up in no-return Elsewhere even though he's carrying 7 soul runes. I thought I'd help and so teleported there to create a portal for him but you can't do that so we need assistance asap.

Strange - first report of this bug. We'll look at it asap. If ANY DM sees a PC stuck in the final death fugue area with soulrunes remaining PLEASE port them out. NO PC can port in or out of there without DM assist.

Gathohm actually works to port out of there and so does wizard teleport spells. Might want to have a look at that too...
