Wood Elf, Aasimar bug

so Upon making a Wood Elf, and Aasimar the previous night/morning, upon logging in, you get the wings and racial tongues, however your stats remain the same, and that is not supposed to be the case with either one of them if I recall reading correctly

I am foggy on this precise matter, but it _might_ be one of those subraces you need DM approval to fully deploy. Catch me when I'm on the server - login with that PC and I'll explore the possibility with you then. MANY thanks for the bug report. We'll resolve this one way or another.
