Tailor dummy not fully functional

Post  saibotxor on Tue Apr 03, 2012 9:55 am

1. There's no option to add robes to armor or clothing.
2. Copy left to right or right to left does the same thing as change right or left, takes you to a menu to change one side.
3. There's no function to copy model's appearance to player, or if there is it's not named clearly enough. Make changes does nothing.

You do not need the tailor dummy to customize your gear. Click on the anvil on your personal radial menu and you can redesign and recolor you gear. You need to have the inkpot from the chest in start room and for cloaks you need the ink found at Noob U.

Already knew that but modifiying armor, especially heavy armor, paralyzes your character for an absurd amount of time. Not to mention if you lose your current suit or find something better, and want the same look, you have to go through the same process all over again. And if 2 or more players want their characters to wear the same uniform, every suit of armor or set of clothes has to be worked individually. Whereas if the dummies were fully functional, you could keep a template piece in your bank, copy template to dummy, change, copy dummy to new piece, and done.
