Nailo's Astral Blade +2 has gone missing from his inventory for no reason I know this cause Before logging onto cania he had it in his inventory and apon relogging onto him it was missing.

Maybe is it shattered? Check to see if you have a large shard. Charias gloves got damaged like that. If so go to armorer.

this is strange.. but.. Maybe a DM can give you another blade..
As for it poofing.. very strange...I sugggest you check that you have everything else too?

items have gone poof before actually, i have heard it happen, though there are some IG things that can cause it, not sure if this is the case however, its a possibility.

Friends,
I have seen it happen normally. When your PC exits the game, the game unequips all your equipped gear. If there is not sufficient room in your PC inventory for the items, you may loose stuff. On login the game re-equips what you previously had equipped (if it is still in inventory).
