I think we have something similar already, and actually called disguise, but I couldn't think of a fitting name.

Allow for Bards to have an ability to use disguise kits. These could produce wigs, makeup for skin, etc. So, temporarily changing headset, skin tone, and other things to disguise. Make this an ability that can be beat by a spot roll vs. perform when an emote is done if they can see through the disguise.

I believe it is called a camoflauge kit and can be used by anyone. I believe the disguise feature you are referring to is currently with rogues I think shadow dancer class.
