Transition bugs

A list of encountered transitions. Feel free to add to the thread. When you encounter a transition use the wand of misc on self. This lists the transition-tag and the area tag as well as your location. Make sure to write down the area tag and your location and possibly the transition-tag.

ok Mel gave me a wand of misc. so I could mark these when I find them, got a one way transition at the old fishermans house , you can go in but no transition to get out >.>
