Jeremiah's Request Thread
I plan on using this to keep my requests in order so that DM's can come and pick what they'd like to get behind. These are the current quests that Jeremiah has aligned himself towards:
THE LEGEND OF SIR DUPRÉ
Sir Dupré is a man of unknown origin that is somehow related to the association Adrastia is affiliated with. She approached Jeremiah and offered him a named blade, called simply, "Dupré." The blade is very simple, but -finely- crafted to the second circle of master craftwork. (An enhancement bonus, +2). The blade is a hand-and-a-half sword, also known as a Bastard Sword, has plain, unadorned design, save for an inscription on the crossguard which states, "Sir Dupré rests in peace." The only other adornment is, on the Pommel is the symbol of an Anhk. It is unknown which divinity Sir Dupré is connected with, but his blade has no record in the Order's archives. It was simply collecting dust and forgotten. Jeremiah knows that a devout serves with his heart in life, and to become a shadow in death and be forgotten is no way that a potentially great man should have been. He seeks to find the heritage of Sir Duprés' blade, and the story of Sir Dupré him or herself. (Note, it's common that a woman knighted--as uncommon in the period as it would have been, would also have been referred to as a Sir, a title due to knighthood.)
MY KINGDOM FOR A HORSE!
Jeremiah is a paladin, although he is not of a pompous nature to call himself that, and prefers if his actions and deeds support that outward appraisal. It even makes him smile a little bit internally when his enemies spit it out as an epithet. But as a traveller on the roads, others who follow the path that he has, may wonder why he doesn't ride into battle. Jeremiah has not yet met his steed, whoever or whatever that may be. Another DM (Shar I believe, but I could be wrong.) Began a small side-quest for Jeremiah when he was escorting the barmaid Ronja to Dorhal. He met a little boy keeping house by himself so he kept watch to insure the young man was okay. Though this gave the mother quite a scare when she returned, he waited to insure they were fine. In the course of conversation, however, Jeremiah heard about a "Demon Horse" that eats from local gardens and farms at night, that seems to be on fire. Jeremiah is unsure if the name is earned or not, but if it is, he should confront it. If not, well, perhaps he'll have met his companion, who is to tell except the fates themselves?
THE VILIFIED HERO
Jeremiah, on his first few weeks in coming to Dorhal and then later Tivook, met a man with demonic, firey wings. This bothered him, naturally, but when he discovered the heart and nature of this man certainly didn't match his portable campfire, he made a promise to do research and see if there was a way he could help. Jeremiah seeks to contact a Diva of Amaner (who's name the player forgets but it's written in my journal) to offer his aid to the Diva in getting what she needs to relieve this local hero of his burden, that he may not be so scarred by his efforts in the name of good
FROM THE HEART OF HELL, I STAB AT THEE!
In his explorations, Jeremiah encountered a cave where some familiar Goblins had been hiding out. Striking out to their core, he found a mine shaft leading down into a catacomb. A shade attacked him, but here he found what appeared to be an altar of a bull statue. Jeremiah made an executive decision to smite the altar since it made him feel uneasy, and in hopes it might curtail the goblin's ability to call on their divinity to strike out at him or other travellers. Such actions usually have consequence, good and bad, and this is put out there to open himself up for that, or to do more about it in the name of the God of Travel.
If any DM's want to jump on any of this, my availability is from Monday to Thursday, 6 pm - 2 am EST, Friday all day, Saturday unavailable, Sunday 8 am - 11:00 am EST. Other availability can be made, but I'll need notice. Thank you so much for your time, I really appreciate it!

Yes, sorry about that, I should have wrote that in my journal and I would have had a better shot at remembering it

Re: Jeremiah's Request Thread
Requesting Assistance: Temple of the God of Travel, Clergy, or other interaction for training/education
I really need a senior paladin, clergy, or otherwise questing to come up with Jeremiah and teach him more of those additional prayers for the prayerbook. I had Adrastia start the process for me, which is highly appreciated, but I'd really like the opportunity to grow in my faith and interact with it a little more! There's a lot more to learn and I'm really anxious for it. I don't know who's got availability and when, but my own is relatively tight. The best bet is around 10 pm to 2 am EST, that's GMT -5, so if anyone can help me out with any of these, I'd be very appreciative. I'm not having too much luck meeting up with other people at the times I've been available and I work, so it's kind of hard to change that.
Thanks in advance

Re: Jeremiah's Request Thread
My in game times sketchy but my cleric Charia knows some custom spells and could teach you unless they were the same as Adrastia's.

Re: Jeremiah's Request Thread
That would be fantastic! We'll find out if the one I have learned so far is something you already have and go from there. We can find some time to reach each other, I'm certain!
