Description: Black haired young blue batty winged girl, possibly having up to three presumed kidnapped children with her, use extreme caution, she is deemed mentally unstable, perhaps deranged, is able to use magic to great skill and can fly, if any information can be given report it to the local highguard of dohral.

* a small black cat with the name tag of sasha goes around with such papers and delivers them to doorsteps*

*At the temple of Finshi, a badly beaten Adrastia comes out, talking with 3 other men, who also look pretty badly beaten, most likely from a rough training excercise. As Adrastia sees the note she stops to pick it up, reading through it, in a moment her eyes widen and she quirks a brow, mutters something to the other men and leaves them standing confused as she runs back into the temple*

*Strikar Du Alenvrith, a drow of an unworthy house, in disguise picks up one of the notes during a stroll through the city, and his smile grows broad when he reads it. Tucking the Note into a small container her continues his stroll, grinning to himself.*

*Valerion, being recently more often in Tivook or the town due to his ....various projects... also finds one of the notes on the doorstep of the college, where he reads it, his face looks first amused but then troubled, and with a short but bright light he seemingly vanishes into nothing.*
