Potion of Many Things Empty Potion of Many Things

I recommend a review of the effects of those potions.

Today, a character of Jax/Hacatus, simply "vanished" from graphical and target screen, I only could see his name running around, when relogging for some reason the loading screen failed and he could not log back in with that character.

This all happened after drinking a potion of many things.

Almost sound like the True seeing bug glitch. I would suggest that since you have been experimenting with this, you send details on who took it and what happened to Oda and Eri.
Effects could be based on race and or class or maybe just totally random.
