If you find yourself spamming HUNGRY / TIRED / THIRSTY too often, and want to disable the automatic speech, here is how:

Use Runestone on itself.

Select MISC at the bottom of the menu.

Toggle: Auto Emotes (it should say [Accept] Auto Emotes once you're done)

Voila, no more * Parched * / *stomach growls* / *yawns * emotes! Very Happy

EDIT: And even if it doesn't annoy you, do it anyway, since it annoys me lol!
